1. How do you determine which topics to post for my business?

After determining your business needs, target audience, and industry, Zenith Social will come up with a strategy plan on what types of topics will appeal most to your target audience. We can discuss these potential topics with you before we continue with our strategy plan.

2. Will I still be able to post on my own social media pages?

Yep! Feel free to post on your own social media pages whenever you want. Zenith Social will still continue to manage your business page on a regular basis.

3. How frequently will you post on my social media pages?

The standard will be 5 posts per week, during any day of the week. If you would like more daily posts throughout the week, please let us know as this would be considered an "add-on".

4. Will I be able to cancel my service if I no longer want it?

If for some reason you are unsatisfied with our services, you can still cancel your service 14 days before the start of the next pay period by contacting us through email or by phone.
